Never touched clay? No problem

Most of our students are first-timers. We celebrate imperfection, teach patience, and guide you step-by-step through the process. We’ve been known to throw things—and we think you’ll love it, too.

Our Story

From a Backyard "She Shed" to Historic Downtown.

Founded by artist Nicki Degeneffe, Spinning Out Pottery Studio is the result of a 20-year corporate career turned creative leap. What started with a single kiln in a carport has grown into a vibrant hub for over 30 local makers. We believe every community deserves a place to make something beautiful.
